Victorian Lion's Head Drinking Fountain

Complete on-site conservation, cleaning and surface protection of this unique public drinking fountain and supply and fit of a traditional safety notice for Selbourne Parish Council.

Lion's Head Drinking Fountain and Cattle Trough cast in 1879 by Messrs Macfarlane and Co., Prossall Park Foundry Scotland from a design prepared by TP Hall, Portsmouth.  It was a gift to the Village from W Mills, Portsmouth.
